The other day I received a package at my door. I was every excited to open it and to my amazement this beautifully packed bundle was waiting for me to look inside. The sticker on the outside said Connecticut Cookie Company. I couldn’t wait to undo the ribbon and take a peek . There was the “Quick Fix”  which was gram crackers, almonds, brown sugar and dark chocolate after reading CTCOCO site, customers call it cookie crack, too funny! Then there were heart shaped sugar cookies with pink crystal sprinkles so cute and yummy! I then nibbled on her Grandmas secret recipe choco chunk made with her Grandmas  homemade vanilla they were crunchy and delish! Last was the toffee chip which was good but  my favorite was the “Quick Fix” oh so good.

I learned a lot about this little Hidden Treasure in CT.  Andrea Green the creator/founder of Connecticut Cookie Company didn’t start out baking cookies. Andrea started out in the fashion industry designing for major companies like Ralph lauren,Abercrombie and Fitch,Club Monoco to name a few. She had a love for baking and would take her treats to work to share with her co-workers. Which soon led Andrea to create CTCOCO. With her passion and love for simple but yummy creations she now sells all over the state and beyond everything she does is created by her with the best ingredients and the added touch of her grandmas homemade vanilla.
